How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $780 HKD or equivalent and free international shipping on orders over $2000 HKD or equivalent.
- Nominal shipping fees are subject to orders under this amount.
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
- We want to ensure you're aware that your order may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees upon delivery. While these charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control, we want to be transparent about potential costs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that HOAH is unable to reimburse you for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
- If sales tax doesn’t apply in the destination country, no taxes apply for your purchase.
How long will delivery take?

Is my package trackable?
- All shipments are trackable. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?

- Monogrammed and engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be canceled or modified after the order is placed. We appreciate your understanding.
